The Tula Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a nongovernmental non-commercial organization founded by business circles of Tula on the 11th of February 1993 entering into the system of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

835 enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership located in the territory of the city of Tula and Tula Region are members of the TulaCCI as of the 1st of May 2011. The members of the TulaCCI are united into 23 Committees according to their professional interests.

Since its foundation in 1993 the main aim of the TulaCCI has been assistance to creation of favourable conditions for business activity of enterprises of the city of Tula and Tula Region, development of their direct communication with foreign partners in economy, commerce and science.

The Tula Chamber of Commerce and Industry acts as:

mediator in the dialogue between Tula business enterprises and executive and legislative powers of the region;

assistant in the development of foreign economic activity of the regional enterprises;

guide in modern informational and legal spheres, in search of business partners and investors;

consultant in questions of the international level business activity;
